Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Regional Service Team Leader to guide a field-based team of Service Technicians and drive operational excellence across our service business. You will support service delivery, develop technician capability and improve customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong technical background, proven leadership across dispersed teams, and a focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative position within the UK region.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising field-based service or engineering teams.
• Experience driving KPIs and service metrics.
• Strong technical and engineering aptitude.
• Customer-focused with high-quality service delivery.
• Ability to manage priorities across dispersed teams.
• Understanding of service lifecycle and service-sales relationships.
• Experience across multiple product lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a regional team of Service Technicians to deliver outstanding service performance.
• Monitor and drive KPI achievement across service operations.
• Provide proactive operational support to technicians and the service back office.
• Identify service and contract opportunities through customer site surveys.
• Drive technician development, cross-skilling and scheduling efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, site regulations and quality standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
