A Windows laptop is used to review logs and perform checks, with training provided on connectivity tasks and equipment setup. Strong emphasis on reliability, punctuality, and customer service, with a clear progression path through technical and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Some work experience in a customer-facing environment demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a field-based role with varied travel.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Start day from home, visit customer sites, and manage jobs via field service system.
• Meet customers, understand issues, and provide updates as you work toward a fix.
• Use Windows laptop to review logs, run checks, and document actions taken.
• Carry out basic connectivity setup (LAN, IP settings) and interface access; training provided.
• Complete preventative maintenance and replace modules when needed.
• Test equipment and document outcomes before leaving site.
• Use quieter times for training modules and learning.
