GLORY is seeking an entry-level field service engineer to work on customer sites, starting from home and travelling to client locations. You will learn to diagnose issues, perform basic maintenance, and document work accurately.

The role includes a weekend rota, on‑the‑job training, and progression opportunities as you develop technical skills and leadership capabilities within the field service team.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing work demonstrates reliability and punctuality.
• Interest in engineering/technology with practical mindset.
• Comfortable using a Windows laptop and learning new software.

Responsabilités

• Start from home and visit customer sites, managing jobs in the field service system.
• Meet customers, understand issues, and provide updates as problems are resolved.
• Review system logs and run checks on a Windows laptop.
