GLORY in the United Kingdom is seeking a field service technician early in their engineering career. You will start from home, visit customer sites, diagnose issues, and log work using a Windows laptop. The role includes a company car, training, and a weekend/Bank Holiday rota with additional pay.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Interest in engineering/tech and practical problem solving.
• Comfortable using a Windows laptop and learning new software.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment showing reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Start your day from home, travel to customer sites, and manage jobs.
• Meet customers, identify issues, and provide updates as you resolve them.
• Use a Windows laptop to review logs, run checks, and record work.
• Carry out basic connectivity tasks (LAN, IP settings) with guided training.
• Perform preventative maintenance and replace parts when needed.
• Test equipment and clearly document actions before leaving.
• Utilise quieter times for training modules and learning.
