Your Responsibilities
  1. Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment to ensure flawless operation.
  2. Solve and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely.
  3. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure reliability.
  4. Provide comprehensive training to customers on equipment usage and standard methodologies.
  5. Collaborate closely with the sales team to successfully implement customer solutions.
  6. Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of field service experience.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • Resident of Scotland, capable of supporting customers predominantly in the region.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Able to travel long distances daily.
Work Conditions
  • Standard work schedule (Mon-Fri).
  • Environmental conditions include loud noises, strong odors, working with hazardous materials, and working at heights.
