TOMRA Group is hiring a Field Service Engineer to support its growing UK operations across Scotland. You will install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines at customer sites, ensuring safety-first maintenance and reliable operation.

You will travel regionally to service customers, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and participate in the rollout of new machines as TOMRA expands in the UK. A hands-on role with autonomy and ongoing learning opportunities.

Competenze

• Solid foundation in electro-mechanical systems with interest in learning analysis, testing, and repair of complex equipment.
• Curious, solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with clear and confident communication.
• Comfortable using power/tools independently and in a team.
• Travel flexibility and ability to manage own schedule in field-based role.
• Full UK driving licence.

Mansioni

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) at customer sites.
• Support installation, commissioning, and roll-out of new machines across the UK.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Build relationships with customers and site contacts, delivering professional service.
• Travel within your region to support customers, with occasional overnight stays.
• Record service activities and machine status using digital systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and developing knowledge while maintaining high safety standards.
