Job summary

TOMRA is seeking a Field Engineer to service and repair Reverse Vending Machines at customer sites across the UK. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and contribute to safe, reliable operation of equipment while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have a foundation in electro‑mechanical systems, a curious mindset, and a willingness to travel. A full UK driving licence and ability to work independently are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) at customer sites.
• Support installation and rollout of new machines as TOMRA expands UK coverage.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues; perform preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and site contacts, delivering professional service.
• Travel within region with occasional overnight stays as required.
• Record service activities and machine status using digital systems and tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and maintaining high safety standards.
