TOMRA UK is seeking a Field Engineer to support the rollout and ongoing service of recycling technology across sites. You will install, maintain and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) at customer sites, and travel to support customers with a safety-first approach.

Working in a growing team, you’ll gain hands-on experience with industry-leading equipment, develop your technical skills, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience while upholding safety standards and timely issue

Qualifikationen

• A foundation in electro‑mechanical systems, with an interest in learning how to analyse, test, and repair complex equipment.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider, supportive team.
• Flexibility to travel and manage your own schedule in a field‑based role.
• Full UK driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) at customer sites.
• Support the installation, commissioning, and roll‑out of new machines as TOMRA expands across the UK.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, carrying out both preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and site contacts, providing professional and friendly service.
• Travel throughout your region to support customers, with occasional overnight stays when required.
• Accurately record service activities, machine status, and updates using digital systems and tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback, developing your technical knowledge, and maintaining high safety standards at all times.
