Job summary

TOMRA is hiring Field Service Engineers across the UK to support the DRS rollout and growing service footprint. You’ll install, maintain and repair TOMRA RVMs at customer sites, travelling regionally to keep equipment running safely.

We seek electro‑mechanical technicians with a solid foundation in electro‑mechanical systems, a full UK driving licence, and a customer‑focused mindset. You’ll receive training and work in a collaborative team, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in electro-mechanical systems.
• Willingness to travel across the UK for field work.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) at customer sites.
• Support installation, commissioning and rollout of new machines across the UK.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and site contacts, delivering professional service.
• Travel throughout the region to support customers, with possible overnight stays.
• Accurately record service activities and machine status using digital systems.
