Job summary

hireful is seeking a hands-on MFP Service Engineer to join our field-based Service team, covering the Sheffield area. You will install, maintain and repair multifunction printers, diagnose faults and deliver excellent customer service while balancing work‑life priorities.

You'll need electromechanical skills, a good driving licence and strong communication. The role requires basic IT literacy and the ability to record service details accurately. A company car and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths (or equivalent) required.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
• Proven electromechanical skills.
• Experience servicing MFPs or printers considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve faults on MFPs or printers.
• Carry out preventative maintenance.
• Install new devices.
• Train customers on equipment and usage.
• Manage van stock and parts.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Collaborate with call centre to meet SLAs.
