Job summary

Hireful is seeking a hands-on MFP Service Engineer to join our field-based Service team, installing, maintaining and repairing multifunction printers across the Derby, Nottingham and surrounding Sheffield area. You will diagnose faults, perform preventative maintenance and train customers on device usage.

A strong emphasis on customer service and accurate record-keeping is essential. Location is field-based with a route covering multiple sites; proven electromechanical skills, driving licence,

Qualifications

• Proven electromechanical skills and experience servicing MFPs/printers to component level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Full UK driving licence and a strong focus on health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair multifunction printers (MFPs) at customer sites.
• Diagnose faults and deliver effective solutions.
• Train customers on new devices and software.
• Manage van stock and maintain accurate service records.
• Escalate complex issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.

We're looking for an MFP Service Engineer to join our field-based Service team, installing, maintaining and repairing multifunction printers (MFPs) across the Sheffield area.

You'll diagnose and resolve faults, carry out preventative maintenance, install new devices, train customers, manage van stock, maintain accurate service records, and work closely with our call centre to meet service level agreements. You'll also escal… complex issues when required while delivering a professional, customer-focused service. Location: Field-based - Covering Derby / Nottingham areas

Salary: Up to £27,500 basic + company car + excellent employee benefits

You'll have proven electromechanical skills and experience servicing MFPs or printers to component level, along with strong communication, customer service and networking skills. Good time management, Microsoft Office proficiency, a good understanding of Health & Safety, GCSE Maths (or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence are essential.
