Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a hands-on MFP Service Engineer to join our field-based service team, covering the Sheffield area. You will install, maintain and repair multifunction printers, diagnose faults and perform preventative maintenance, while training customers.

You’ll manage van stock, keep service records and work with the call centre to meet SLAs, delivering a professional, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Proven electromechanical skills and experience servicing MFPs or printers to component level.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good time management and organisation skills.
• GCSE Maths or equivalent; full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair multifunction printers across the Sheffield area.
• Diagnose faults, carry out preventative maintenance and train customers.
• Manage van stock and keep accurate service records.
• Collaborate with the call centre to meet service level agreements.
• Escalate complex issues when required and deliver a professional, customer-focused service.
