Job summary

Roche Products Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Medical Diagnostics in the South Region (Exeter, London, Kent).

You will ensure uptime of Roche diagnostic systems through on-site and remote support, preventive maintenance, and customer training. Ideal candidates have an engineering degree in Electrical/Mechanical fields and proven IVD industry experience, with strong analytical and diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Experience in IVD industry with technical support background.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electro-mechanical hardware support and training at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot faults, perform preventive maintenance, and generate reports.
• Provide technical training to customers for Roche diagnostics systems.
• Maintain compliance documentation and regulatory records.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to align service and sales goals.
• Participate in internal reviews to drive service excellence.
