Switch2 Energy is seeking a Field Services Engineer to join the Service Team. The role is based in the United Kingdom and involves reactive and planned maintenance on metering, hydraulic and electrical control systems in residential properties, with a structured on-call rota.

The successful candidate will join a supportive team, receive ongoing training, and benefit from a competitive package including a company van, tools, paid travel time, overtime opportunities, and career progression.

Formación

• Ideally NVQ level or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Strong background in building services engineering and related products.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service as a field representative.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to fault diagnosis, repair and renewal works.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks.
• Perform on-site commissioning for new installations.
• Adhere to Health & Safety practices.
• Self-manage daily activities via handheld systems.
• Maintain relationships with clients and users within area of responsibility.
• Deliver and uphold safety standards.
