Job summary

Valoris Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service and troubleshoot complex heating and energy systems across residential and communal properties in London with travel across the UK.

You will work on HIUs, metering devices, and controls, requiring a full UK driving licence and a proactive, customer-focused approach. The role offers a competitive salary, overtime, generous leave, and a company vehicle where applicable.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or heating with CSCS certification.
• Full UK driving licence required for daily travel.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Installation & Setup: Deploy and configure payment systems, heating and cooling controls, and metering devices.
• Routine & Responsive Maintenance: Conduct planned maintenance and on-call repairs for HIUs and related infrastructure.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with on-site teams.
• Customer-Focused Support: Provide responsive support and system knowledge to end-users.
• Record Keeping & Reporting: Document work and prepare service reports using digital tools.
