Job summary

Switch2 Energy seeks a Field Services Engineer to perform reactive and preventative maintenance across metering, hydraulic and electrical controls in residential properties. You will support an on-call rota with additional payments and benefit from ongoing training and development within a friendly team.

The role requires an NVQ level in a related field, strong technical building services knowledge, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Ideally NVQ level or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Strong technical understanding of building services systems.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to faults and perform repair and renewal works.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks.
• Conduct on-site commissioning for new installations.
• Follow Health & Safety practices and guidelines.
• Live within or near the West M25 area and work in a team.
• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction.
