Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Field Engineer in coffee/vending.
• Minimum 2 years in coffee machine or vending industry.
• Proficient with phones and laptops.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High personal integrity and reliability.
• Analytical, able to prioritise and escalate when needed.
• Flexible with ad hoc duties as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Franke UK Technical Standards and Processes.
• On-call weekend rotation for engineer support (1 in 6 weekends).
• Highlight technical and customer skills gaps.
• Manage stock levels and customer relations at site level.
• Keep up to date with admin and training courses.
• Escalate issues to Account Support when needed.
