Franke Coffee Systems is seeking a Service Engineer based in Birmingham to deliver on-site technical support, resolve issues promptly, and maintain reliable service for customers. You will manage van stock, report training needs, and sustain strong site-level customer relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or technical support.
• Knowledge of coffee machine or vending equipment.
• Strong communication and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Franke UK Technical Standards and Processes are followed.
• On-call weekend rota for engineer support (1 in 6 weekends).
• Monitor and report stock levels of van and parts.
• Manage site-level customer relations and issue escalation.
• Identify and report technical skills gaps to improve service.
• Coordinate training needs and liaise with Regional Team Leader.
