Overview

We’re seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our UK Service Team, covering the Leicester area. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for servicing and repairing Acorn Stairlifts within our customers homes.

Must be based in the LE postcode area.

Salary

Salary: £32,400 - £35,400 P/A (OTE £42,000+)

Working hours

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. (1 in 3 weekends or 1 in 4 weekends - contractual).

Key duties / responsibilities
  • Travelling on a daily basis to our customer homes to service and repair Acorn Stairlifts.
  • Diagnosing, and providing hands on troubleshooting, service, and repairs to existing Stairlifts within the field
  • Meeting all target and deadlines in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide high levels of customer service - ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions, with the assistance of management.
  • Carrying out the product update and safety checks in a safe manner
  • To communicate effectively with external customers, and provide customer feedback.
