Stark is seeking a highly organised Field Scheduler in Blackpool to join the Scheduling team. You will plan installer appointments, manage diaries, coordinate site visits and keep customers updated throughout the installation process.

This hybrid role combines on-site coordination with remote communications. You'll work with installers, customers, and internal teams to prioritise work, confirm appointments by phone and email, and maintain accurate records while delivering excellent service.

Formación

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, scheduling, coordination, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience working with databases and business systems.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Manage installer diaries and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Contact customers to arrange site visits and installation appointments.
• Research site contact information and locations.
• Review daily and weekly workloads and manage scheduling priorities.
• Confirm appointments via telephone and email.
• Ensure all appointment details are recorded in company systems.
• Track installation and maintenance activities and provide proactive updates to customers.
• Maintain clear records of all customer communications.
• Deliver professional, courteous customer service at all times.
• Identify and resolve scheduling challenges to minimise delays.
• Support the wider Scheduling team in achieving targets and objectives.
• Participate in training to enhance scheduling skills.
