Job summary

Stark is seeking a highly organised Field Scheduler to join our Scheduling team in Lancashire. You will plan installer appointments, manage diaries, coordinate site visits, and keep customers updated throughout the installation process.

In this 6-month fixed term role with potential to go permanent, you will work closely with installers and internal teams to maximise productivity while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration or scheduling.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Competent with Microsoft Office apps and basic databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage installer diaries and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Contact customers to arrange site visits and installations.
• Research site contacts and locations for bookings.
• Review daily/weekly workloads and prioritise scheduling.
• Confirm appointments by phone and email and record details accurately.
