Lloyd Recruitment - East Grinstead is seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. You will coordinate a team of field-based engineers across London and the South East, manage schedules, appointments and workloads, and deliver exceptional customer service to high-end clients.

The role requires experience in scheduling/coordination, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Permanent, full-time position with potential for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or coordination.
• Strong communication and telephone skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate field-based engineers.
• Manage diaries, appointments and workloads.
• Plan and organise daily and monthly schedules.
• Monitor appointments and follow up on outstanding work.
• Liaise with clients and engineers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle changing priorities and urgent requirements.
• Provide a professional level of customer service.
• Handle client queries and complaints with effective solutions.
• Update management on issues and progress.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling and efficiency.
