Job summary

Lloyd Recruitment Services is seeking a Scheduler in Tunbridge Wells to coordinate a team of field-based engineers across London and the South East. The role focuses on managing schedules, appointments and workloads while delivering excellent customer service to a portfolio of high-end clients.

The successful candidate will have scheduling/coordination experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate field-based engineers.
• Manage diaries, appointments and workloads.
• Plan and organise daily and monthly schedules.
• Monitor appointments and follow up on outstanding work.
• Liaise with clients and engineers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage changing priorities and respond to urgent requirements.
• Provide a professional and high level of customer service.
• Handle client queries and complaints, working to find effective solutions.
• Keep the management team updated on any issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling and efficiency.
