Job summary

Field Sales Solutions is recruiting a Field Sales Representative to partner with Ferrero in Maidstone. You will build relationships with major grocers, drive visibility for Ferrero brands, and use data to influence listings and promotions. A full UK driving license and independence are required.

You’ll work 40 hours weekly, with a competitive £27,000 base and an up-to-11.5% bonus (OTE around £35,000). Company car, tablet, mobile and training support are provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving license.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Experience in field sales or FMCG is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with major Grocery customers such as Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda & Morrisons.
• Drive visibility and availability for Ferrero brand portfolio in stores.
• Use sales data to engage key decision-makers and influence listings, orders and promotions.

Field Sales Solutions, a leading field marketing company, is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team and work with Ferrero, one of the fastest-growing FMCG companies in the UK. Ferrero's iconic brands include Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Nutella, Tic Tac, Thornton's, Fox’s, and Burton's Biscuits.

Location: Maidstone

Territory:ME5, ME14, ME15, ME19, ME20, TN2, TN6, TN9, N12, TN13, TN14

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with major Grocery customers such as Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda & Morrisons.
• Drive visibility and availability for Ferrero’s brand portfolio within stores.
• Use sales data to engage key decision-makers and influence listings, orders, and promotions.
• Identify new opportunities to grow brand presence and increase sales in the stores you visit.
