Job description

Position: Field Sales Representative – MUST DRIVE

Location: Hertford, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom

Salary: £15.33 per hour PLUS Bonuses per item sold AND Weekly Travel Expenses

Contract: Permanent – 30 Hours per week 5 days (Tue-Sat)

Expenses: Daily fuel allowance

Start Date: Immediate start available

Requirements: Must have a car and a valid driving licence. Must be comfortable working with nicotine and nicotine brands.

The Role:

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales across multiple retail stores within your designated area. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning your results: Achieve daily sales targets, with full accountability for your performance.
  • Reporting: Submit end-of-day sales reports to track your progress and successes.
  • Customer engagement: Introduce customers to new brands and products, converting them into loyal buyers.
  • Relationship building: Cultivate strong relationships with store staff and customers to maximize your sales opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with your client lead to ensure you're hitting targets and growing your sales skills.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous sales experience is ideal, but if you have the drive and belief that you can sell, we want to meet you!
  • Confident in using online tools for tracking sales and reporting insights.
  • Highly motivated with a passion for achieving—and exceeding—targets.
  • Resilient and determined with a strong work ethic.
  • Goal-oriented and driven by financial incentives.
  • Enthusiastic and genuinely passionate about the products you’re selling.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently to achieve success.
  • Must be comfortable working with nicotine and nicotine brands.
