Field Sales Representative, Kent – Fixed Term Contract

Are you ready to join a dynamic team and make a real impact in the field? Kellanova is looking for a Field Sales Representative to cover our Kent territory on a fixed term contract for 12 months. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a supportive team of 12 field sales reps across the South of the Country, reporting directly to the Area Sales Lead.

At Kellanova, we are committed to nourishing families so they can flourish and thrive. As we strive to be the best daily, you’ll be responsible for executing the daily and weekly supply of our products into major retailers, supporting our market share growth and enabling customers to shop our full portfolio of products daily.

Basic salary between £27,000 to £30,000 (based on experience), bonuses, a company car, and many more benefits.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • No Cold Calling: Collaborate with Field Sales Managers to grow relationships across your territories and major retail stores.
  • Identifying Gaps in The Market: Work with internal stakeholders to identify market gaps and opportunities to 'win in store'.
  • Driving Sales: Bring your own initiatives to drive sales and product availability.
  • Building Customer Relationships: Manage and influence store-level relationships daily, working collaboratively to make a difference.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • The ability to work independently (home-based role) and as part of a team.
  • Good energy, motivation, and a desire to succeed.
  • Passion and eagerness to learn (suitable for recent graduates or early-career professionals).
  • Some experience in sales or similar roles.
  • A full UK driver’s license.
