Field Sales Representative (AFH)

Location: Macclesfield


Contract Type: Permanent


Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our inclusive and vibrant team. This full-time role offers a salary of £29,033 along with many benefits.


About Your Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and be responsible for achieving sales targets within an existing customer base. Your duties will include maintaining ongoing relationships, creating new business opportunities, and becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. Your customers will typically include independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants, and cafes. You will promote brands and solutions that align with business objectives.

  • You must have a full, clean UK driving license, be eligible to work in the UK, and live within a 60-minute commute of the role location.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with experience in driving positive customer outcomes and securing sales through fact-based conversations.
  • Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale, or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in digital technologies, such as iPhone and iPad, to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
  • Ability to independently manage your workload and schedule while meeting targets.
  • Capability to grow business through digital engagement and technology to enhance customer relationships and sales.
  • Excellent prioritization skills to ensure efficiency and manage multiple tasks effectively.
