Job description

Job Title: Field Sales Consultant

Salary: £26,000 basic starting salary, £2,400 annual car allowance, and an auto fuel card to cover all business mileage

Commission: Uncapped commission structure (OTE up to £60K)

Location: Liverpool (100% field-based)

About the Role:

If you thrive in sales and want to help British businesses succeed, this dynamic outside role offers uncapped earning potential. As a Field Sales Consultant, you will engage face-to-face with customers, representing our brand and delivering outstanding service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners
  • Identify new opportunities and generate leads through prospecting and existing contacts across the UK, averaging around 50 visits per day
  • Provide tailored solutions across products such as energy, telecoms, and insurance
  • Become a trusted point of contact, ensuring top-tier customer service
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs

Requirements:
  • Clean Driver's License and valid car insurance; access to own vehicle (personal or rented)
  • At least 18 months of lead generation and sales experience (B2B, field sales, or lead generation)
  • Experience in territory-based sales roles, including lead generation, pipeline building, and target achievement, is desirable
  • Resilience and ability to handle setbacks
  • Outstanding communication skills for relationship building
  • Self-management and accountability
  • Target-driven and customer-centric mindset
