Yell in Stafford is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth in the field. You will hunt for new business, tailor digital marketing solutions, and close deals with local clients, while delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships.

The role offers a base salary of £35,875 plus a car allowance, uncapped earnings with OTE up to £53k, and benefits including 23 days holiday, pension options and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in Field Sales or high performing telesales.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilience and a positive outlook when overcoming objections.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS is desirable but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Hunting for new business via self-sourced and company-provided leads.
• Tailoring digital marketing solutions through face-to-face or virtual consultations.
• Closing deals and driving revenue growth with new and existing clients.
• Client management and account nurturing for up to 12 months post-sale.
• Conduct in-depth data reviews to identify growth opportunities and ROI.
