Job summary

SumUp is seeking a Field Sales Partner to build a local business in your area on a freelance/commission-only basis. You will prospect, consult, and close with local SMEs, earning uncapped upfront commissions plus 5-year recurring revenue.

Ambition and closing rate drive earnings; six-figure first-year outcomes are common for highly motivated partners. Expected earnings reflect performance-based commissions with significant upside as you expand your territory.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in high-rejection, face-to-face or B2B sales environments.
• Hunter mindset with proactive lead generation and strong objection-handling skills.
• Self-directed and able to work without daily management.

Responsibilities

• Prospect a minimum of 30 local SMEs each day via face-to-face visits and outbound outreach.
• Conduct consultative selling: analyze merchant payment setups, identify pain points, present SumUp ecosystem.
• Own your territory: manage CRM and progress merchants from initial conversation to hardware installation.
• Create meaningful conversations daily and convert into multiple new partnerships weekly.
• Build relationships and become the local payments expert among SME owners.
