Job summary

FMC Talent is seeking a Territory Manager to drive endotherapeutic devices sales across NHS and private hospitals. You will work in the field with clinical teams, presenting products and providing practical support to clinicians and procurement colleagues, with around 90% field time and eight overnight stays per month.

You’ll own a territory, develop plans, grow accounts, and educate healthcare professionals on product features, clinical applications, and handling.

Qualifications

• Have at least two years’ sales experience, ideally within GI flexible endoscopy or interventional medical devices.
• Strong territory planning, sales analysis and presentation skills.
• Enjoy building customer relationships and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a territory plan to achieve sales, revenue and profit margin targets.
• Grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities across an expanding endotherapeutic devices portfolio.
• Present and demonstrate products to clinicians, nursing staff and theatre/department managers.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications and practical handling, including supporting medical procedures.
• Build relationships with procurement and financial stakeholders, understanding purchasing processes and negotiating commercially sound agreements.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across resection, haemostasis, foreign body management, ERCP and endoscopic accessories.
• Track sales activity and review territory performance with your manager.
• Monitor competitor activity and share insights to support territory planning.
• Support product launches, marketing activities, study days, exhibitions and workshops.
