Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably GI flexible endoscopy.
• Experience in both Capital and Device Sales.
• Excellent communication, initiative and collaboration in a global organisation.
• Ability to build relationships and present effectively to stakeholders.
• Strong professional appearance and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for Fujifilm Healthcare’s Endo-Solutions strategy.
• Achieve sales, margins and product targets for the territory.
• Know product range, specs, prices, benefits and clinical applications.
• Deliver product and service presentations to stakeholders.
• Educate customers and team members on product features and technologies.
• Develop territory plans to hit sales and promotional targets.
• Document daily sales activity, accounts and expenses as required.
• Maintain a Territory Business Plan to maximise opportunities.
• Continuously develop skills and product knowledge through company training.
• Negotiate with directors, procurement and managers to close sales profitably.
