FMC Talent is seeking a Territory Manager to lead growth of endotherapeutic devices across NHS and private hospitals in the UK. You will own territory plans, build relationships with clinical teams, and demonstrate product value through clinical support and education.

You will travel extensively, stay overnight, and collaborate with sales, product, applications and support teams to drive market adoption and successful launches.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years of sales experience in GI or interventional medical devices.
• Strong territory planning, sales analysis and commercial awareness.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to travel ~80–90% and overnight stays.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve sales targets.
• Grow accounts and identify new opportunities within endotherapeutic devices.
• Present and demonstrate products to clinicians and theatre staff.
• Educate customers on product features and clinical applications.
• Build relationships with procurement and financial stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support launches and events.
• Monitor territory performance and report insights.
• Support training, congresses and supplier meetings.
