Yell is seeking ambitious Business Development Managers to join our Field Sales team across the UK. You will hunt new business, tailor digital marketing solutions, and close deals with both new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities include nurturing relationships for up to 12 months post-sale, plus data-driven reviews to identify growth opportunities and boost ROI. Competitive bonuses accompany a strong base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales).
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
• Excellent presentation skills—both verbal and written.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential).
• A full UK driving license is required with no more than 6 points.

Responsabilidades

• Hunting for New Business: Prospecting through self-sourced and company-provided leads to open doors to new clients.
• Tailoring Solutions: Face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand needs and offer digital marketing solutions.
• Closing Deals: Presenting, negotiating, and sealing the deal with new and existing clients.
• Client Management: Nurture relationships and account management for up to 12 months post-sale.
• Data Analysis: Review opportunities to boost client ROI and long-term success.
