Job summary

SUEZ Recycling UK is seeking a Field Sales Executive based in the Milton Keynes / Northampton region to drive new business in our waste and recycling solutions. The role involves meeting clients, understanding needs, and presenting tailored Total Waste Solutions while operating within a defined territory.

You will travel across the local area, build relationships with decision makers, and aim to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet targets in a results-driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence required; ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
• Identify and convert self-sourced opportunities.
• Manage a structured sales pipeline from prospecting to close.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations.
• Develop territory plans aligned to growth objectives.
• Build networks with customers and industry contacts.
• Identify market opportunities and competitive threats.
• Build long-term relationships with decision makers.
• Deliver excellent customer service post-sale.
