Job summary

SUEZ Recycling and Recovery UK is seeking a results-driven Regional Field Sales Executive to secure new business in your local area, building relationships with prospective clients and presenting tailored Total Waste Solutions.

You will operate within a defined geographic territory, collaborating with operations, commercial and customer service teams to meet sales targets, promoting recycling-led services and helping customers adopt non-landfill waste management approaches.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales with targets, drive and motivation.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building with clients.
• Experience using CRM or digital reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Secure profitable new business within your area to meet targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and present sustainable waste solutions.
• Report leads, calls, quotes and contract activity in the OS system.
• Create sales plans, deliver presentations and negotiate at all levels.
• Promote recycling-led services and educate customers on benefits of resource-efficient waste solutions.
