Job summary

SUEZ UK is seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to cover the Dewsbury and Manchester region.

The role involves building relationships with prospective clients, delivering tailored Total Waste Solutions, and driving revenue through a 37.5 hour week, with a basic salary between £33,000 and £37,000 plus uncapped £9,000 OTE and a company car.

You will work with internal teams to meet targets, promote recycling-led services, and help organisations transition to sustainable waste management.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales with targets achieved.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• IT literacy with CRM or digital reporting systems.
• Ability to create sales plans, present, negotiate at all levels.
• Collaborative within Field Sales team.
• Experience in waste/recycling industry desirable but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Secure profitable new business within your area to meet sales and revenue targets.
• Build relationships with customers and present sustainable waste solutions.
• Report leads, calls, quotes, and contract activity on the Company Operating System.
• Create sales plans, deliver presentations, negotiate with stakeholders.
• Promote recycling-led services and explain benefits of resource-efficient waste solutions.
