GBR Recruitment Ltd are recruiting an experienced Sales Executive for an industrial paints and coatings business covering Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire & Northamptonshire. 80% field-based role with one day weekly at head office, selling paints, oils, lubricants to dealers, distributors, farms and OEMs.

You will map the territory, develop new business, upsell and cross-sell, maintain CRM, and attend industry events to drive growth.

Qualifikationen

• Field-based sales experience with industrial products.
• Experience selling to agriculture, automotive, logistics sectors.
• Strong network in Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire.

Aufgaben

• Develop and grow business within dealers, distributors, farms, estates and OEMs.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products to current clients.
• Identify and win new clients and opportunities in the territory.
• Map the territory and pinpoint target clients.
• Define and deliver a sales strategy that delivers tangible results.
• Attend industry events and exhibitions to generate leads.
• Maintain the internal CRM system and sales reports.
• Face-to-face, telephone and email sales activities.
