Job summary

Road Vacs is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to spearhead growth across the Midlands and adjacent regions. The role is field-based, with 3–4 days on the road per week, visiting civils, construction and drainage companies, and managing a territory from the ground up.

You will own lead generation, account management and cross-sell a specialist range of vacuum tankers and associated systems, supported by a senior team and full product training.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B field sales is essential.
• Able to generate and qualify leads independently.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and visit civils, construction, and drainage companies to generate new business.
• Maximise sales and service levels for an existing portfolio within the territory.
• Plan weekly routes to cover 3–4 days on the road across the UK, including overnights.
• Promote vacuum tankers, jetting units, and vacuum excavation systems to industrial clients.
