Job summary

Road Vacs in the Midlands is seeking a driven Sales Executive to lead growth across civils and construction sectors. The role is field-based, with 3-4 days per week on the road, and you will build new relationships and manage a portfolio in a dynamic, autonomous environment.

You will receive a base salary of £30k-£40k with a commission scheme, and a company car or car allowance supported by full technical back-up to close deals and expand your territory.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable discussing technical specifications with customers.
• Demonstrated resilience and persistence in field sales.
• Ability to manage own schedule and travel as required.
• Proven B2B sales capability or strong drive to succeed in field sales.

Responsibilities

• New Business Generation: proactively identify and visit civils, construction, and drainage companies.
• Account Management: maximise sales and service levels for an established portfolio within the territory.
• Territory Management: plan your week to spend 3-4 days on the road across the UK with overnight stays.
• Technical Sales: promote a range of vacuum tankers, jetting units, and vacuum excavations systems.
