What the role is all about…

Three Business has a fantastic opportunity for a Field Sales Channel Manager to join our growing Sales team. Working alongside the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of the Medium Sales Channel and ensuring best practice is replicated across the four sales teams.

In this role you will be tasked to drive performance through activity and initiatives that underpin the channel strategy, objectives & goals.

You will own demand creation for the channel, manage third‑party lead generation relationships and create new methods of lead and opportunity generation.

You will enable our field sales team to grow both at pace and compliantly, supporting the delivery of our sales performance budgets and ensuring adherence to any legal and regulatory obligations.

You will be critical in engaging and navigating the teams through any commercial and process changes, new product launches, and life‑training. You will be responsible for ensuring the field team have the knowledge and tools to sell Three’s products and services with confidence.

Own the roadmap for future channel development, ensuring requirements are fed into capital programs and delivery managed into the channel.

You will be a true ambassador for Three Business, protecting and enhancing the Three Business Brand, by providing outstanding field support to the field team across the UK.

What you’ll be doing…
  • Promotion of the Three Business brand at all times in person and online.
  • Review KPIs and quintile reports. Provide insight to Head of with recommendations to drive improvements.
  • Setting of clear expectations and action plans within channel around performance and best practice.
  • Represent channel in all GTM & project activity. Subject matter expert input to the launch of new propositions & supporting trading priorities and acceptance into sales.
  • Working with colleagues towards the growth Strategy for the channel.
  • Channel incentives – planned, tactical & recognition to increase performance vs ROI and in line with channel budgets.
  • Channel communications to include weekly cascades, updated sales content, monthly and quarterly team meetings, town halls & All Hand.
Qualifications

What you’ll ideally bring…

  • Relevant experience in a similar B2B acquisition Channel.
  • Experience of delivering sales targets, key metrics and efficiencies within a fast paced environment within a limited timeframe.
  • Use of Salesforce to drive performance and reporting.
  • Identifying KPI variances and developing action plans for improvement and highlighting further opportunities for new training & process improvements.
  • Leading the launch of new propositions and ensuring key stakeholders are engaged and briefed.

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.

Excluding retail, our core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
