Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings group, seeks a Resolution Field Agent to conduct field visits for resolving customer accounts and reconnecting services. The role supports customers in financial difficulty and covers both residential and commercial properties.

You will be self-employed, part-time (minimum two weekdays), with a guaranteed daily rate and full training, plus progression opportunities across the business in UK-wide locations.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• Clean DBS check.
• Healthy credit history; CCJs considered if repayments are in place.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties to resolve customer accounts.
• Reconnect services on behalf of clients.
• Support customers experiencing financial difficulty.
• Perform utility meter readings where required.
