Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, is seeking a Resolution Officer (Self-Employed). You will conduct field visits to residential and commercial properties for our clients to resolve accounts, reconnect services, and support customers facing financial difficulties.

This flexible role offers a guaranteed daily rate (£130–£150), minimum two weekdays per week, and training with clear progression across UK postcode areas.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle when working within London ULEZ zones.
• Clean DBS check.
• Healthy credit history; CCJs considered with repayment arrangements.
• Strong organisational, negotiation, and case-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and clients.
• Ability to work independently following company policies and procedures.
• Open to coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance.
