Job summary

Engage Services Ltd, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, is seeking a Resolution Officer to visit customers at their premises to reengage them with our clients. This role involves establishing occupier details, confirming meter readings and handling disputes in line with company procedures.

The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with regular travel in your local area and occasional overnight stays. A £2,500 annual vehicle allowance or a company van is provided for business use.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with customers and clients.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to identify vulnerabilities.
• Proactive and driven to meet targets and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within the local area.
• Hold a full driving licence (car desirable).

Responsibilities

• Visit commercial and residential premises to reconnect customers with our clients.
• Establish and verify occupier details during visits.
• Confirm meter readings and provide necessary information.
• Identify and handle disputes in line with company procedures.
• Work towards targets set by the company.
• Communicate professionally with customers and clients.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, aims and philosophy.
• Receive coaching and apply feedback to improve performance.
