Job Title: Field-based Supervisor

As a Field-based Supervisor within our Anglian Water Alliance, you will monitor the performance of field resources on our developer services contract. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to maximize daily operations, ensuring effective planning of work, control of plant, labor, and risks.

In this fast-paced environment, your health & safety expertise and organizational skills will be vital. You will ensure our field teams are effectively managed, able to meet project demands, and that appropriate assistance and mentorship are provided to promote a ‘right first time and zero harm safety culture’.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage schedules to minimize disruption and prevent mistakes
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovative ideas
  • Reduce aborts, re-work, and traffic management fines
  • Manage employee training and development to maximize contribution
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant H&S and environmental legislation
Qualifications and Skills:

You should be an experienced supervisor with a good understanding of the construction and water industry. Demonstrating the right behaviors is more important. Relevant qualifications such as NRSWA Supervisor and a full, clean driving license are desirable. We look forward to hearing from you!
