Job summary

Stryker UK Limited is seeking a field-based professional to promote Hip and Knee products to OrthopaedicSurgeons and to optimize customer service. You will grow existing accounts through technical expertise and build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders.

The role includes front-line clinical and technical support to surgeons, training on the Mako robot, and collaboration with the Field Service team to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Stryker Hip and Knee products to Orthopaedic Surgeons and hospital staff.
• Grow existing accounts through technical expertise.
• Deliver on commitments within required timescales.
• Plan and execute territory activities with mentor and Sales Team.
• Develop short and medium-term strategies in collaboration with customers to strengthen Stryker position.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and collaboration with Sales Team and other departments.
