Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Product Support Specialist for Manual & Robotic applications, to grow the Joint Replacement business by supporting Hip and Knee products and optimising customer service. The role involves assisting surgeons with Mako robotic procedures, pre-operative planning, and effective post-operative support, with opportunities to expand existing accounts.

Based in the UK, the position requires clinical excellence, strong communication, and willingness to travel as needed to support

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level is advantageous.
• Experience in a related field is desirable.
• Market knowledge and MSK medical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line clinical and technical support to surgeons and staff.
• Train surgeons in Mako robot setup, breakdown and intra-operative activities.
• Prepare pre-operative CT scans and assist with planning/implant sizing.
• Troubleshoot robot issues and coordinate with Field Service.
• Support customer database/CRM administration.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to expand existing accounts.
