Stryker is seeking a Field-based Product Support Specialist – Manual & Robotic in the United Kingdom. You will provide front-line clinical and technical support to surgeons, train teams on the Mako robot, and assist in pre-operative planning to ensure accurate implant outcomes.

Travel is 100% and you will drive customer relationships, expand existing accounts, and work with the Sales Team to meet annual targets while maintaining the highest standards of service and ethics.

Competenze

• Provide frontline clinical and technical support to surgeons and staff.
• Train and guide teams in the use of Stryker's Mako robot during procedures.
• Prepare pre-operative CT scans and assist in implant planning.
• Troubleshoot robotic issues and escalate appropriately.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with Field Service.

• Promote Hip and Knee products to Orthopaedic Surgeons and optimize service.
• Develop rapport and expand existing accounts through technical guidance.
• Plan visits with mentor and Sales Team to meet targets and KPIs.
