Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Product Support Specialist - Manual & Robotic to promote Hip and Knee products to Orthopaedic Surgeons and optimise customer service across Edinburgh and surrounding regions. You will provide frontline clinical and technical support during Mako procedures and work with the Sales Team to expand existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level is advantageous.
• Experience in a related field is desirable.
• Market knowledge and Medical Background preferred especially within Physiotherapy - MSK

Responsibilities

• Promotes products to Orthopaedic Surgeons and grows existing accounts.
• Provides frontline clinical and technical support during Mako procedures.
• Uses CRM tools to manage customer data and communications.
• Develops rapport and builds strategic business plans with mentors.
• Achieves sales targets and KPI metrics.
