Job summary

Stryker United Kingdom is seeking a Product Support Specialist – Manual & Robotic to promote hip and knee products, support surgeons, and grow key accounts with clinical expertise and strong customer service.

The role includes training surgeons on the Mako robot, pre-operative planning, troubleshooting, and collaborating with the Field Service team to ensure successful procedures. Travel nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driving license required.
• Willingness to travel within the UK.

Responsibilities

• Promotes hip and knee products to Orthopaedic Surgeons.
• Provides front-line clinical and technical support during Mako procedures.
• Builds relationships with customers and grows existing accounts with the sales team.
• Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues with the robot and related systems.
